È finalmente disponibile iDeneb v1.5 10.5.7!

Questo dvd ha molti nuove novità, qui c'è solo il changelog, dalla versione v1.4 alla v1.5. Se tu vuoi la lista completa dei drivers, tu puoi vedere qui.

Per chiedere assistenza tu puoi chiedere nel forum, nella sezione di iDeneb.

Nel download è incluso anche un package esterno con delle Applicazioni. Tu puoi vedere qui la lista completa dei drivers.

Intro:

Questa nuova versione di iDeneb, migliora la possibilità di eseguire upgrade successivi all'installazione.
Se state facendo un Upgrade di sistema e a fine installazione avete l'errore ( quando l'installazione finisce ) : "Impossibile usare la partizione come partizione di avvio", ignorate il messaggio e rivviate, perché tutti i package sono installati correttamente;

Avvertenze!

Se tu hai un riavvio quando provi ad avviare il dvd, avvia con la flag al boot prompt F8: cpus=1;
Non eseguite mai un installazione sopra l’altra, quindi se installate Leopard per una seconda volta prima dovete re-inizializzare il disco con Disk Utility;
Se state facendo un Upgrade di sistema, deselezionare il sistema principale;
Potete avviare il dvd anche con i kernel, Qoopz 9.7.0 con la flag 970, Kernel AnV 9.6.0 con la flag anv e Kernel ToH 9.2.0 con la flag mach_toh;
Non selezionare più di un drivers dello stesso tipo! Per esempio, non selezionare mai due drivers Audio, o due Fix uguali ( come gli SMBIOS ) questo potrebbe causare un non funzionamento della periferica;
Il kernel di default è il vanilla 9.7.0;
Il Bootloader di Default è lo Chameleon v2;
Se hai un hardware basato su AMD e/o SSE2 dovete selezionare un kernel alternativo, consigliato il Kernel Qoopz 9.7.0;
Se usate il kernel Qoopz, AnV, Voodoo, non è necessaria la patch AMD ;
In caso di scelta del kernel voodoo selezionare "Seatbelt Fix" sotto fix per risolvere il problema del mount di un .dmg, .iso o .cdr;
Se all'avvio non avete il suono ed avete installato durante l’installazione i driver corretti recatevi su Preferenze di Sistema > Suono > Uscita > e impostate da Auricolari a "Altoparlanti interni";
Se avete una scheda grafica NVidia non dovete selezionare più di un injector. Potete scegliere o NVinject o NVKush o NVdarwin;
Se avete problemi con l'ACPI_SMC_PlatformPlugin.kext selezionate l'ACPI_SMC_Fix sotto il menu Fix;
Se avete un sistema non compatibile con l'ultimo ACPI Kext o avete un computer SSE2, potete selezionare il pacco ACPI/SSE2 Fix sotto il menu Fix;
Se avete un kernel panic e non sapete da cosa è causato, avviate in verbose mode ( digitate la flag -v dopo aver premuto F8 al boot prompt ) per visualizzare l'errore;
Se non sapete come risolvere l'errore provate ad installare solamente il sistema di base solo con i drivers essenziali ( Es. Chipset Drivers ) senza i drivers "extra";
In alcuni casi per il primo avvio potrebbe essere necessario avviare con la flag -f per caricare correttamente i kext;
Se non avete selezionato nessun drivers Video potrebbe essere necessario avviare con la flag -x ;
Se stai installando iDeneb su uno dei Netbook in lista, non selezionare nessun altro drivers o patch;
La sezione NETBOOK è in fase di aggiornamento, per problemi o per aggiungere altri netbook scrivere sul forum ufficiale nella sezione NETBOOK;

what patchs have i do to activate to install ideneb 1.5 (10.5.7) and working fine on a hp pavillion zd 8000 (Pentium 4 3.0 Ghz SSE3, 2GB RAM, 256MB ATI Mobility Radeon(TM) X600, 80GB HD).
I have now the version 10.5 toh and works perpectly, except quarzt extreme no compatible 'cause i haved changed appleSMBIOS.kext to an older version to make run Adobe Creative Suite CS3.
I have tried 3 diferent times and no works anyone of them.
Can you help me?

Hi..I downloaded the iDeneb v1.5 10.5.7 but it seems that it will not install. I only get to the apple logo with an X mark on top. I'm trying to install this on my second hard drive, my pc specs are:
Processor: AMD Athlon64 X2 5000+
Motherboard: EMX-MCP61
Chipset: Nvidia
RAM: 2GB
HDD: 1st HDD SATA (Windows 7)
2nd HDD SATA ( backup files)
Optical Drive: CDR-W/DVD (IDE)
Video Card: Inno3D 512MB 8600GT (PCI-ex)

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Im willing to run this distro on my pc...specs are

intel 945 GCNL,
1.0 Gb ram,
250gb sata hdd,
core2duo 2.0 ghz

i tried to install iATKOS v 1.0 but it didnt get installed...my mobo doesnt have support for AHCI config for sata...so please tell me if this works on my pc..

Chipset ??? (non so proprio dove impostare)
ho gia provato e riprovato ma quando inizia ad installare mi dice che:
L'Installer non ha potuto convalidare il contenuto del pacchetto "Leopard_installer". Contatta il produttore del software per assistenza. e dice di riavviare
Vi prego di aiutarmi ad installare il software

i had the same problem on ideneb 10.5.5 v1.3, and i solved this problem by checking during installation some FIX (in patch section), and very important to check right Kernel, try to play with different kernels (but use only one at the same time), some fixes but only one kernel.
also sometimes it may occur your video card. try to boot with another vga card. smilies/wink.gif

After installation completed and booting up but stop at Apple logo can't continue anymore
I try install several times but still got same result
