Hi guys,
this is the version Lite of iDeneb v1.6 10.5.8.
Essentially the big difference with Complete version, is the absence most of Audio and ATI Drivers, and the different structure of the dvd.
In this version there are only AzaliaAudio and VoodooHDA like drivers audio, and ATY_init by Netkas for ATI Drivers.
Then, there are no more default patches, but only pre-select package.
This version gives more freedom to the users on the choice of drivers. You can see on screeshot of the OSInstall.
In this version there are only six additional languanges: Japanese, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian.
Before install remember:
- Check the iso md5;
- Read carefuly the "readme.rtf" file and during the installation read the package descriptions.

Even after 48 hours from the official relase of Mac OS X 10.5.8 from Apple we are happy to announce the release of the upgrade kit Delta and Combo of the version 10.5.8. You can install both the updates KIT on others OSx86 distros ( for example Kalyway, Leo4All, iATKOS, iPC, etc.. ) and works on Intel/AMD SSE2/SSE3 systems. The delta version has a size of 292 Mb, but you must have installed Mac OS X 10.5.7, while for the combo version ( 775 Mb ) you can update your system with all version of Mac OS X Leopard 10.5. The updates allow you to keep all main patch installed with the distro ( es. AppleHDA.kext, AppleSMBIOS.kext, AppleACPIPlatform.kext, IONetWorkingFamily.kext etc.. ) and you can find the original files instead in Kext Disabled.
After upgraded, you can use iDeneb.Tool.v10.5.8.mpkg for install all patches, original files and others utility. You can downoad the updates from Download Area of site. |

Today is a day very important for the development team of iHackintosh. iDeneb birthday today!
Exactly one year ago, in these hours, iDeneb v1 10.5.4, the first distribution made in Italy, did his biz in the world of Hackintosh distro, without knowing what his future.
After a year I would like to say thanks to all users and their friends who have supported this project and we have continued to follow, including "still waiting for root device" and biink in to the monitor when you restart, who believed in us and have helped to grow this fantastic project!
And after all, we are still here and we will continue to be and give our contribution to this wonderful community that follows us always!
Usually it is not in our style give us ads on our products before release, but the events of the last 48 hours have allowed us to prepare for you a gift that we are sure will appreciate! So keep checking our site!

From today is available the PPF patch for update the dvd v1.5 to version v1.5.1. The patch corrects all the famous problems presents in iDeneb v1.5, like the problem with Chameleon v1.0.12 or the block of the AHCI. This version included also the new version RC2 of the Chameleon v2. For knowing all the changes applied in this verison, you can visit this page. For now is available only the PPF patch to apply to ISO files of iDeneb v1.5, soon will be available the dvd complete, with also included the new updates of Safari ed iTunes. The patch is downloadable from Download Area of the site, and is required an account for download. |

In the next days will be released a patch for iDeneb v1.5, that will update the dvd to version 1.5.1, will contain some Fix. Initially will be released a PPF patch to apply to ISO file, subsequently will be publish the dvd 1.5.1 complete. |
